Broadway In A Week
Grades 8-11 (June 22-26)
Service Description
Broadway in a Week is an immersive musical theatre experience where young performers rehearse and stage a mini-musical showcase in just five days! Campers will train in singing, acting, and choreography while learning what it’s like to be part of a real theatrical production. The week begins with a professional-style audition workshop where students learn how to present monologues, prepare song excerpts, and build confidence in the audition room. After casting, campers dive into rehearsals, developing vocal technique, stage movement, characterization, and ensemble skills while preparing their roles. Throughout the week, students gain individualized coaching, work collaboratively with their castmates, and build confidence both onstage and off. The experience culminates in a live showcase performance Friday at 12:30 PM for family and friends, where campers present the mini-musical they created together. Whether your child is brand new to theatre or already loves performing, Broadway in a Week builds skills, confidence, creativity, and stage presence in a fun, supportive environment.
