Constellations Entertainment Group (“CEG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides creative, educational, and entertainment-related services including, but not limited to, music instruction, artist development, recording and production services, studio sessions, workshops, rehearsals, performances, digital content, merchandise, ticketed events, RSVP-based events, and related programming. These Terms of Service constitute the master agreement governing all interactions with CEG across our website, booking platforms, social media channels, studio facilities, partner venues, communications, and in-person participation.

By accessing our website, engaging with our social media accounts, purchasing services or tickets, registering for classes or programs, entering our facilities or partner venues, or otherwise interacting with CEG in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern and incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Participation Policy. Each of those policies forms part of the overall agreement between you and CEG and contains additional terms that apply to specific aspects of our operations, including data practices, financial obligations, cancellation terms, attendance expectations, participation requirements, and program-specific conditions. Your continued use of our services constitutes acknowledgment that these policies have been made available to you and accepted as part of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a policy governing a specific transaction or program, the more specific policy shall control as applicable.

CEG operates across digital and physical environments. Interactions conducted through our website, third-party booking systems, email communications, social media platforms, or other digital channels are subject to these Terms. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform policies when engaging with CEG online. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict digital access, block users, suspend accounts, or deny engagement for conduct that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with our organizational standards.

All intellectual property associated with CEG, including but not limited to our logos, branding elements, event names, program titles, class structures, workshop formats, written materials, graphics, website content, music, recordings, photographs, videos, marketing materials, social media content, proprietary event concepts, and organizational structures, is owned exclusively by CEG unless otherwise stated in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, imitation, duplication of event formats, distribution, modification, retransmission, commercial exploitation, or public display of any such materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. Requests for written authorization must be submitted to info@constellationsentertainmentgroup.com. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

CEG complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing business operations, consumer protection, privacy, marketing communications, and entertainment industry standards. Where required, we obtain appropriate licenses or permissions for music performance, recordings, and related intellectual property used in our programs and events. Participants, performers, and third parties are responsible for ensuring that content they submit, perform, or distribute does not infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or terminate participation involving unlicensed or infringing materials.

Services may be delivered by employees, independent contractors, 1099 instructors, guest creatives, or affiliated partners. Certain programs or events may take place at third-party venues subject to separate facility policies. While we exercise reasonable oversight, CEG is not liable for acts or omissions of independent contractors beyond the scope of contracted services or for matters governed by third-party agreements.

Participation in classes, studio sessions, rehearsals, performances, workshops, and events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, equipment use, performance-related stress, technical issues, venue-related conditions, and unforeseen operational disruptions. By participating, individuals voluntarily assume such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEG shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, data loss, lost profits, or other damages arising from participation in services or events.

CEG makes no guarantees regarding artistic progress, educational achievement, professional advancement, representation, audience growth, employment opportunities, or commercial success. Outcomes in creative and entertainment industries vary significantly and depend on numerous factors beyond our control. Participation in any program or service does not guarantee specific results. Attendance, preparation, and engagement may influence individual outcomes, including performance opportunities or casting decisions, as further described in our Participation Policy.

Certain programs, events, studio sessions, or productions may require execution of additional agreements, including but not limited to liability waivers, intellectual property agreements, media releases, parental consent forms, emergency contact forms, or participation acknowledgments. Completion of such documentation may be required as a condition of participation. Failure to execute required documentation or provide accurate required information, including emergency contact details where applicable, may result in denial of service without refund where permitted by law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate services, cancel registrations, deny entry to events or facilities, revoke digital access, refuse future bookings, or remove individuals from participation in cases of non-payment, policy violations, unsafe behavior, harassment, intellectual property infringement, fraudulent activity, falsified information, regulatory non-compliance, repeated non-attendance or late cancellations where applicable, or conduct deemed harmful to CEG, its staff, contractors, participants, or partners.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.

Payment Policy

Constellations Entertainment Group (“CEG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governs all payments, deposits, fees, billing practices, and financial transactions associated with our services, including but not limited to classes, lessons, workshops, studio sessions, events, and related programming. This Payment Policy outlines the financial terms and conditions applicable to all purchases, registrations, and bookings made with CEG.

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or registration unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Registration or booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. CEG reserves the right to deny services, cancel bookings, or release reserved spots for non-payment or incomplete transactions.

Certain services, programs, or events may require a deposit to secure a reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Where applicable, remaining balances must be paid in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms associated with the program, event, or service at the time of purchase. Where permitted, refund requests must be submitted in accordance with stated deadlines. Once a program, session, or event has begun, no refunds will be issued except where required by law. Voluntary non-attendance does not entitle participants to a refund.

Requests for transfers, rescheduling, or changes to bookings may be permitted at CEG’s discretion and are subject to availability and applicable conditions. All such requests must be submitted in writing and are governed by the Participation Policy and Terms of Service. Approval of any transfer or rescheduling request is not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative requirements, fees, or program-specific restrictions.

Failure to attend a scheduled service without providing required notice may result in forfeiture of payment or the application of non-attendance fees where applicable. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

All prices, fees, and charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice unless otherwise specified in a confirmed booking. CEG reserves the right to correct pricing errors, billing inaccuracies, or administrative mistakes.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized transaction reversals initiated without first contacting CEG to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of this policy. CEG reserves the right to dispute such claims, recover associated costs, and suspend or terminate access to services in cases of fraudulent or abusive payment activity.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize CEG and its payment processors to charge the provided payment method for all applicable fees and charges.

Participation Policy

Constellations Entertainment Group (“CEG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governs participation in ticketed events, RSVP-based events, studio sessions, classes, lessons, workshops, rehearsals, performances, and programs conducted at our studio or at partner venues. This Participation Policy outlines the terms, expectations, and requirements for all individuals engaging in CEG programs and services.

Ticket purchases grant admission to the specified event, date, and location. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or fraudulently transferred. CEG reserves the right to verify identification and ticket authenticity at entry. CEG reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any attendee from an event without refund for reasons including but not limited to disorderly conduct, intoxication, possession of prohibited items, harassment, failure to comply with venue policies, unauthorized recording, disruptive behavior, fraudulent activity, safety risks, or violation of any applicable law. Event details, including location, performers, instructors, timing, and format, may be subject to change due to operational needs, safety concerns, regulatory requirements, weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure events. If CEG cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer option. If an event is postponed or materially modified, options will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe. Voluntary non-attendance does not entitle participants to a refund unless otherwise specified.

Enrollment in classes, lessons, or structured programs secures a reserved space. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed in accordance with the Payment Policy. Enrollment may be limited and is typically handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Certain classes, workshops, intensives, studio bookings, or special events may be subject to specific cancellation policies, rescheduling requirements, non-attendance fees, administrative charges, deposit requirements, or refund limitations. Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refund eligibility prior to a program start date is subject to posted deadlines and program-specific terms. Once a program, session, or camp has begun, no refunds will be issued except where required by law. The applicable terms for each program or event will be disclosed at the time of registration or booking. By completing registration or purchase, participants agree to the specific terms associated with that offering.

Failure to attend without providing required notice may result in forfeiture of payment or assessment of non-attendance fees as outlined in the applicable program terms. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension or termination of enrollment at CEG’s discretion. Where conflicts arise between general policy language and event-specific terms provided at booking, the event-specific terms shall control.

Attendance in classes, rehearsals, studio sessions, and structured programs is expected for the full duration of scheduled sessions. Consistent attendance is important for instructional continuity, rehearsal progression, and overall program experience. Absences, late arrivals, or early departures may impact a participant’s progress and may affect casting decisions, performance roles, staging, or eligibility to participate in final showcases or productions where applicable. No credits, refunds, or make-up sessions are guaranteed for missed sessions unless explicitly stated in writing.

Transfers or rescheduling requests between sessions, classes, or programs may be permitted at CEG’s discretion, are subject to availability, and must be submitted in writing. Approval is not guaranteed, and any approved changes may be subject to administrative conditions or fees as outlined at the time of request.

Participants in studio sessions or in-person programs must comply with all posted safety rules, equipment guidelines, professional conduct standards, and instructions provided by staff or instructors. CEG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto premises.

Programs conducted at third-party venues are subject to the policies of those facilities. Participants agree to comply with all venue-specific rules and requirements. CEG is not responsible for conditions controlled by third-party operators.

All participants are expected to maintain respectful, cooperative, and safe behavior at all times. CEG is committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment. Behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, harassing, or detrimental to the program environment or to other participants may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program.

CEG reserves the right to terminate participation, revoke event access, discontinue services, or deny future bookings without refund in cases of serious misconduct, repeated policy violations, non-payment, unsafe behavior, falsified information, or actions deemed harmful to the organization or its community. If dismissal occurs for behavioral or policy-related reasons, no refunds will be issued.

Participation in CEG programs and events may involve photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming, or other forms of media capture. By participating, individuals (or parents/guardians of minors) acknowledge and agree that CEG may capture and use images, video, audio, or likenesses for promotional, marketing, educational, archival, or commercial purposes across digital and physical platforms. Individuals who wish to opt out of media usage must submit a written request prior to participation. In certain programs or circumstances, execution of a separate media release may be required as a condition of participation.

Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) are required to provide accurate and current emergency contact information at the time of registration and must remain reasonably reachable during program hours for safety and operational purposes.

CEG reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, curriculum, performances, or program structure as necessary due to enrollment levels, staffing, facility needs, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of emergency closures, including but not limited to severe weather, facility issues, or other disruptions, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Makeup sessions, credits, or alternative arrangements may be offered at CEG’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
